      With reference to your inquiry on the BWD PCV Valve Screen - Part No. EC241 the PCV valve is located in the center of the back of the intake manifold on your 1989 Ford Crown Victoria. When you look behind the intake plenum for a large hose, and follow it down to the intake, the PCV valve will be there. The screen is under the rubber grommet that seals the PCV valve and it is pushed into the intake. You can remove them with a long set of needle nose pliers and through the filter away and put the grommet and valve back.
