Good price, lifetime warranty always a plus. Too early to judge durability, but shows a nice strong charge on my voltmeter.

              • Q:

I installed the alternator with no issues two days ago, drove eleven miles, and ever since the next day its been making squeaking noises. The belt and tensioner are in fine condition, and the noise quiets down when the engine is warmed up and idling, but comes back when RPMs rise. Is this a defective part or something normal for a "break-in" period?

                  A:

it sometimes makes noise if dust or dirt get in on the belt, but it should have gone away quickly, if it continues to make noise, exchange, it is still under warranty.
