    After taking my mechanic over 2 hrs to install the alternator's voltage regulator was charging to high causing the car to cut off over 5 mph. The whole job had to be done over of course with extra charges to me. I'll never buy an alternator from Advance Auto again! LESSON LEARNED!

      i bought a alternator at a Lawrence mass store.the part is defective and now i have to pay a mechanic again to removed and install the new one,i want my money back,so i could go to another auto part store and my used one that i return.is that possible
