Q:how do i know this motor is what my problem is. want engage the light just flashes. can yhis be checked before removed

Q:if this goes bad, will it cause the truck to not fully engage in reverse? makes a high pitche whining sound but truck will go foward while making a clicking sound. please help, trans case and trans are too high priced. jw
