Was hard to install once the pulley was installed did not want to fit in opening it was ment to go through. Ended up removing bracket for pump tensioner pulley alternator. Also the flushing cap needs to come off old pump and installed on new pump.

Comments about Cardone Power Steering Pump with Reservoir - Remanufactured:

Rebuilt pump had bad theaded hole for mounting stud that must be removed from orignal pump and installed on new pump.

Recomend AAP suggest to customer taking pully puller when selling rebuilt pump. Also possibly offering the belt tension tool.

Please check diameter of replacement pully. There was some problem with that also.

Bad vavles, bad springs, and weird items clogging the valves it was not from the power steering lines but from the rebuild pump itself turned out they were bad rebuilds from the fenco factory ended up getting a different brand pump and guess what ?? After that no more problems !! Stay away from this brand I would not recommend...

It depends upon the skill level of the person performing the operation. For installation, I would recommend purchasing a repair manual.
