Comments about Cardone Master Cylinder Bleeding Tool:

This tool is not sold on the store shelf. You have to ask at the counter and give them the part number (Part No. 10-5000MCB).
Worked really well I used it while the Mast Cylinder was on the car.

        • Q:

3 out of 5 people asked how this works(No answer given by techs) One tech says you still have to bench bleed master cyl. even using this tool.(Link to Chevy is non-related to tool.) I was hoping to not have to bench bleed M.C. Do I have to bench bleed M.C. and can I use this tool to suck out old fluid and air from wheel cyl. also? Thanks for updating questions.

            A:

I'm happy to help, David! This Cardone Master Cylinder Bleeding Tool (Part No. 10-5000MCB) is engineered to make bench bleeding quicker and easier for the installer. Pressure bleeding is the recommended method for Cardone master cylinders, if the tools or facilities are unavailable, this is the recommended bleeding option. Cardone explains the use of the tool here: http://my.cardone.com/techdocs/930904-10.pdf and additional information here: http://my.cardone.com/techdocs/10908BBF%20bench%20bleeder%20flyer.pdf

To bleed your brakes at the wheel cylinders or calipers, I suggest a brake bleeder kit such as: Autocraft Part No. AC558, Actron Part No. CP7835, Powerbuilt Tools Part No. 648744 or Lisle Part No. 75200.
