            I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not solve or be the problem.

            No, try cleaning you (IAC) idle air control valve in the throttle body. This has an air passage that over time fills up with carbon, by cleaning the area the car can maintain a better more consistent idle.

            No it does not. Check the information on the module it self. The anti theft system came long befor this model.

            These computers usually come without the plug in chip. Typically you transfer your old chip to the new engine computer. The chip inside the engine computer is where VATS plays its role not the computer itself. To get rid of the VATS checking by the computer you have to reprogram the internal chip inside your computer or use one of the two VATS bypass methods. search for VATS bypass.
