Comments about Cardone Distributor {Electronic} w/o Module - Domestic Reman:

Difficult to install is not the fault of the distributor. It is just in a very difficult position on the 4.9 engine. Removing the hex shaft fom the old distributor is tricky because it is held in by a snap ring internally and it takes a tap with a hammer to get out. After a lot of fussing it will finally seat itself. Takes a lot of patience. A lot of patience. And reinstalling the hold down bolt is an adventure in cursing.
