      With some rigged wiring, I'm sure that a way could be figured out to use this as a push button start, but I do not recommend it because that is not what this one is desinged for.

      Yes. As long as the voltage through this button is only being used to activate the starter solenoid and not the full starter current, this switch would work fine.
