      I'm glad to assist, Bob! This BWD Ballast Resistor (Part No. RU12) has a resistance of 1.125 - 1.375 ohms. BWD does not provide a wattage or power rating for this resistor. This product is engineered to replace the original equipment on multiple vehicles.

      A:

      The van should have electronic ignition, resistors are built into the ignition module and cannot be serviced. The module is located on the left inner fender below the master cylinder.
