    What's the difference between this (22801P) and the 22801 fuel pressure regulator? $5 price difference, look like different materials? Which is better?

      Hi Nate, glad to assist you! The other fuel pressure regulator with the part number 22801 is standard application specific part for the perfect fit and form. Whereas, the part number 22801p is P series part matches the original, designed with the professional installer in mind. P-Series product competes with the OE and dealerships.

We would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.       Some symptoms include:

      Black soot on spark plugs
      Black smoke coming from tail pipe
      Rough running
      Fuel in oil, smell the oil dipstick
      Stalling
      Raw gasoline coming out of tail pipe
