BWD = Borg-Warner, an OEM parts supplier.

Price with online promo code was right.

Fixed idle speed interrmittent low oil pressure warning light flicker.

Has pipe thread sealant applied, no need to add more.

For removal & installation, requires special internally modified 1.062" socket to clear electrical connector.

Before installing sensor, check that Chrysler electrical harness plug fits & the double lock connector works, my second safty lock didn't work, but one lock was good enough, plug is on secure!!!!

Same-o-same-o. Tired of the oil light every time you idle but you are quite sure the pressure is good. Replace the sender unit. Also cleared up a small oil drip. Had to research how to unplug to find you slide a locking tab on a 2003 Town & Country.

Oil pressure switch worked correctly as it solved my intermittent oil light and slight oil leak. Great feature is the switch comes with sealant already on the threads. Easy repair: screw out the old, screw in the new!

Easy installation (don't forget to get the socket, it's costs about $15 with tax). The symptom was sporadinc oil pressure light coming on while stopped or gradual deceleration. The sensor is located just above the oil filter, and you will get a dribble of oil when you swap it out. Removing the retaining clip for the electric connector was the hardest part of the replacment.

Need to install this switch on a 1999 Sebring Convertible 2.5. Are there any tricks for separating the electrical connector from the switch?

I slid the red locking pin in the connector side over approximately 1/4". I still can not pull the connector from the switch. Is there something else I have to do or push out of the way for the two pieces to separate?

I have a 2002 neon se and the oil light comes on about once or twice a week, but only at idle. I checked the oil level and its full. If I turn the car off and it cools down I can drive it for several more days before it comes on again, but the light cuts off and randomly cuts on. If this is the problem I will need to know where it is located.
