Hi Bruce, glad to assist you! The oil level sensor on your Buick LeSabre should be located on the side of oil pan.

I'm happy to help, Chris! It is the only component attached to the oil pan. Slide under the vehicle on the driver's side inline with the steering wheel to find the oil pan. The oil pan attaches to the bottom of the engine at its rear.

          A:

We get that question a lot Don! The oil level sensor is located in the oil pan. There should be a yellowish/brownish plastic looking large diameter nut sticking out the side of the pan with some wires going to it.
