      Without the presence of the vehicle we are unable to diagnose. Hence, I would suggest you to have a reference from a certified mechanic or your local Buick dealership for a proper diagnosis on your engine as to whether the computer needs to be programmed.

    1995 Buick Lesabre Limited. Will I need to have the bwd ecc flashed at a dealership or can I just install the prom card from the previous ecc?

      You can just install the Prom card from the previous engine control module and there will not be any necessity to flash the new engine control module.
