    we purchased a crankshaft sensor at advance and truck is still having problems as before, is there any way for you to test the sensor and see if its bad?

      I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.

    I have a 1996 dodge ram 1500 5.2 5-speed, getting code P1391.where is the crankshaft sensor,i know it is on the lower portion of the block for the crankshaft but is it near the front or back of the block,cannot seem to find it,any help would be appreciated.
