Hi Bud, I'm glad to assist you! Upon research, I found that the neutral safety switch would be on the transmission. For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. The clutch safety switch is usually located under the driver side of the dashboard, on most cars, it is connected directly to the clutch pedal. However with out the presence of your vehicle we cannot provide you with a 100% answer.
