    I have 2000 Buick Lesaber V6 3800 motor I had a code for camshaft position sensor I put a new one in cleared all codes. After 30 miles code came back on could I need the camshaft interrupter. if so how do you install. And is there any free wiring diagrams from the EMC to the camshaft position sensor.

      A:

      The Camshaft interrupter/ Positioning sensor (BWD Camshaft Interrupter - Part No. CSS120) on your 2000 Chevrolet Impala will be located under the power steering pump. You will need to remove pump to gain access to sensor. There is no need to take lines off, just unbolt pump and that can move enough.
