If your Van or truck's Fan is Either Constantly Blowing or the fan does not come on at all this controller is more than likely the issue, it is Behing the Glove compartment ,open the Glove compartment in the passanger side, pull towards the inside both rubber rollars, this will open the glove box all the way, remove the 2 connectors then remove the controller it pulls out.i did replace the cabin filter at the same time,it is under the passanger side too,it helps the blower and controller stay cool.

Ordered this part to replace original part. According to Advance, this was the correct part for my vehicle, a 2003 Town and Country. Part fit, but didn't match original part. Old part had fins, this does not. Took part back to store when it did not work correctly, and was told by clerk that it would not work, Advance did not carry the correct part and had misclassified this part, and that I had to go to the dealer in order to get the correct part.

You lost a sale and a customer, Advance!

The fan blower was stuck on high for quite some time in my town and Country. Popped up out the glove box and swapped this part in 5 minutes. Saved myself over $1000 from the dealer repair estimate.

I would suggest that you take your vehicle and get it thoroughly checked by a certified mechanic before buying any parts that may/may not solve the problem.
