Comments about Bussmann Fuse Pack - 20 Amps (5-Pack):

The packaging blew me away! They sent a pocket sized item - in a box that is 8x8 inches--a waste of paper and cardboard.

My 12V power outlet was not working. I found the "LTR" fuse location in the fuse box, pulled it , matched from amps and picture on online catalog and voila.Just what I needed.

      • Q:

I have a 2005 Ford Freestyle, and my low beam headlights went out but all other lights, such as high beam, parking, brake, work very well. Do you think I need to replace the fuse that is related to the low beam in the black power box (or somewhere else)?

          A:

Hi Yueyang, I think the fuse that is related to the low beam light could possibly the problem. However, I would suggest that you take your vehicle and get it thoroughly checked by a certified mechanic before buying any parts that may/may not solve the problem.

Hi, I have a 2000 Honda Accord LX 5spd 2.4L and my heat comes on and off randomly, and sometimes not at all. Could it be a fuse problem, hoses or a fan problem?

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

Happy to help you with your question Kadian! If your heater comes on and off randomly and works intermittently I would suggest checking the blower motor. Or could possibly be your blower motor resistor or possibly your heater core. I suggest having a mechanic diagnose your vehicle before making the purchase.

      • Q:

I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand am. My question is on my cigarette lighter I was trying to use is on my GPS and the little light would come on my GPS plug then it go dim then go off. Is because of the cigarette light is going bad or is it the fuse that's going bad?
Asked on 8/25/2014 by Shannon from Springfield Ohio

        1 answer

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

I'm glad to assist, Shannon! It's certainly possible that the fuse could cause problems with your devices plugged into the 12V cigar lighter outlet. It seems like something else may be causing the failure since it will turn on for a short time. There could be an issue with the wiring or the outlet itself. If you feel comfortable with attempting the diagnosis yourself a repair manual (Part No. 38026) and a multimeter (Part No. CP7672) may help you track down any electrical bugs.

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

Hi Bri, this 20 Amps fuse pack would not be ideal for the front wipers of your Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Currently, I am unable to locate an exact 20 Amps fuse for your vehicle's application online. However, if you could please visit the nearest Advance Auto Parts store one of our Parts Pros will gladly assist you.
