Took care of the SES light on dash. In my case, bank 1, O2 sensor no signal. Bank 1 simply is head where #1 cylinder is. Cut the wires on the old one and remove it with a deep socket. put the new one on with the 02sensor socket.(In this way you won't break your 02 socket removing the frozen old one.)

These Sensors didn't work at all. I installed them on the proper placement and they screwed up the fuel mix and timing. The dealer that this brand will short out the ECM in most Chrysler vehicles. Do not buy these! I had to get the OEM sensors from the dealer.

      Comments about Bosch Oxygen Sensor:

Once access for removing the old sensor was complete (On a 96 caravan, removed the wind shield wiper assembly and housing to access the sensor and wire connector from the top, it is still bearly visible but way more accessible, approx 20-min off, 10min for sensors & 20-min reinstall wiper housing). Used an Advance loaned socket set, (highly recommended) to remove and install the sensors. The sensor fit just like the one removed and appears to be working as it should.

Got a P0132 code (passenger side upstream sensor fault) in my 2003 Chrysler 300M, replaced with this Bosch sensor, same CEL code came back on a day later. Installed an OEM (NTK) O2 sensor, no problems since. Go OEM, avoid Bosch like the plague (same with spark plugs), have heard nothing but bad about their sensors/plugs..

They said it was an exact replacement and it did work on my 1996 Dodge Dakota, but the check engine light came on after installing this and needed to use the NTK 23506 instead, which was the same price!

                Comments about Bosch Oxygen Sensor:

I purchased this because it is supposed to be plug and play with the length of 11.8 inches. this is not 11.8. it is the short one, looks about 5 inches or so. perhaps that is why the other reviewers gave bad performance reviews. oxygen sensor wire length is very important for proper signal to the ecu. you should verify with bosch or whoever before you buy from any retail store as the store may have bad info. had to return, waste of time.....
