    Comments about Bosch Oxygen Sensor:

This replacement oxygen sensor includes the plug, boot, and clamp that came on the OEM part, making it an exact replacement. Whether or not it will permanantly eliminate a persistant P0420 trouble code remains to be seen.

There are two oxygen sensors in your 1998 LEXUS ES300. The part # 13353 is for downstream, the part # 15217 is for upstream(with California Emissions) and the part # 13355 is for upstream(without California Emissions).

        A:

Your Lexus should have 4 Oxygen Sensors, two on each side of the motor. I am showing that Bank 2 Sensor 1 and Bank 1 Sensor 1 do have the same part number.
