This is a quick and easy install. All you need is a 3/4 box wrench for the o2 sensor and a 12 mm wrench for the heat shield. It's an exact fit so there's no splicing of wires involved. Time will tell if it lasts the average of 75,000 to 100'000 miles.

Will NOT fit 99 EX

Despite what the site says, it's the WRONG connector for a 99 EX.

        Comments about Bosch Oxygen Sensor:

I bought this sensor six years and over 140k miles ago for my 93 Accord EX. It now needs to be replaced, but I'm very happy with service this one has provided. Make sure you get the sensor version with the right connector. My EX, which has the A6 engine has a male connector. If you check the online Bosch information, I think you'll find that cars with the A1 engine (I think both the LX and DX have the A1 engine) use the sensor with the female connector. The sensor fit perfectly, and immediately eliminated "check engine" light problem.

Site says this is an exact fit for the 2000 Honda Odyssey, but the connector is wrong. It is easy to get in and out, otherwise I would have been upset.

              Comments about Bosch Oxygen Sensor:

I used this for a 97 Civic that had 2 trouble codes. After looking in the shop manual it looked like it was just the upstream O2 sensor (codes made it seem like it was both). So I bought this and replaced just the upstream. Pretty simple removal/install. Connector matched exactly and the wires were only about 4 inches too long but easily kept in check with a wire tie. I was inpatient so I disconnected the battery to clear the codes. Started it up and went for a drive and the light stayed off. Great price for a quick fix!

Replaced a spliced in windstar O2 sensor. Replaced the cracked manifold with the Dorman from advanced. Had a code for converter failure. With it only being like 2 years old i thought I would change out the sensor.

easy to use remove old sensor, install new one. a 02 sensor socket will make this much easier, tip get exhaust hot before removing old sensor (the heat will make it come out much easier) car was showing PO135 OBD2 code, used this part to replace the upstream 02 sensor, deleted the code and in about 20 minutes, no more light!

                          One part fits many applications.
And since the connector worked perfectly, I'm happy.
