Comments about Bondo Fiberglass Resin Jelly, Quart (US) Can (Net Weight 2 lb 7 oz):

Using the fiberglass jelly has made my life easier. It seems that every time inspection time comes around there are more rust holes in my '99 GMC pickup. I had been using body filler that just wouldn't stay in the vertical holes no matter what. I would mix batch after batch adding a little at a time, building up the layers, waiting the 20-30 minutes for it to dry before applying another layer. Very time consuming. With the fiberglass jelly, it stays where I put it, dries in a few minutes and sands perfect for what I need.

Comments about Bondo Fiberglass Resin Jelly, Quart (US) Can (Net Weight 2 lb 7 oz):

if you need a bondo fix, then the jelly bondo is a much easier product to use. It is thicker, will not sag and easier to spead.

Does the hardener com with this product or is it already mixed to use right out the can?

        A:

The hardener should have been already mixed in it.

Answered on 8/5/2011 by Vincent from AAP
      • A:

The hardener is NOT mixed in. It is a separate tube of red cream hardener that you must add to the jelly resin for the product to cure.

        A:

I have heard you can take floral foam and use it for a filler to apply bondo, although I have not tried it. I would recommend using foam and then covering it with aluminum foil to make sure. Thanks
