Wanted to use recommended plugs in my inboard boat, upgraded to platinum. Con: Gaps were all over the place. Once installed it improved my top speed.

      I use to think Autolite plugs were the best.
      Now the resitance of the plugs were over 5k and up to 13k. with new wires, cap and rotor still experienced misfire.

        I like these plugs, However upon checking them with fealer gage found 2 out of 6 that were .05-.06 gap instead of .045, So I would recomend you allways check the gap on spark plugs before installing.
