  • Q:

Would these plugs be more durable than others? I circle track race my car (a 1992 mazda protege LX with a DOHC 1.8) and have had the tips break off and ruin my engines a few times and I want it to stop! If this isn't a good plug, can you tell me which one WOULD be? I've heard that the E3 or Bosch Platinum 4 are good ones, but I don't know. I've been using standard autolite plugs.

I recommend that you go with a Bosch Platinum or an E3 plug since your car is an Import.

These are universal plugs but I would highly recommend sticking with plugs that are specifically made for your vehicle.
