Comments about Autolite Double Platinum Spark Plugs:

I'm not a car expect, but replacing spark plugs seemed just like replacing normal bolts on anything. I followed the Haynes Manual as well as a few YouTube videos to make sure I really knew what I was doing. It took a while to get the back 3 plugs replaced, but was able to. I ended up dropping a plug and only found it after driving a little ways and it rattled out. I immediately noticed misfiring/engine roughness after replacing the plugs/wires. I put back the old plugs into the front 3 and partially eliminated the issue. Apparently one of the old plugs broke during replacement and I put back a new one in its place (now 4 new/2 old plugs) and it works well. I will attempt to replace the other 2 and see what happens, but at least 1 plug is DOA.

Comments about Autolite Double Platinum Spark Plugs:

I have always used Autolite plugs and wires until now. Put a set in my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8 and the misfires began! Changed back to Champion and runs like new! Autolite should not sell a plug for Chrysler until they can get with Chrysler Engineers to fix the problem! It does not help that it is not easy to change the rear plugs and then have to do it twice! Hopefully others will see my review before buying spark plugs.

Comments about Autolite Double Platinum Spark Plugs:

I am not sure what the other comments are about ... but I put these plugs in and our 2002 caravan (3.3 flex fuel) runs so much better and our gas mileage is up about 3-4 miles per gallon. I almost didn't buy because of the reviews, but I have always used Autolite and i had to trust the brand...glad I did.

Comments about Autolite Double Platinum Spark Plugs:

After installing this spark plugs in my T&C 2001, the van started misfiring in one cylinder. No codes at all because is in the spark side. Had to change all six again this time for Bosch Platinum +4. No more misfires after that.

              An advice? DON`T BUY AUTOLITE..

              Not for Chrysler Mini Vans

Comments about Autolite Double Platinum Spark Plugs:

I purchased a set for my van and one plug was working intermittently right out of the box (that was sad), first I thought it was a coil or wire until I my computer gave me a misfire on #3 cylinder error. When I replaced the spark plug the error message went away and did not return. Then I noticed that every time the engine gets very hot, either in traffic or parked with the AC on, the engine feels like it is missing (not enough to set of an error). Once I am on the move it the missing goes away. Many years ago when Allied Signal first came out with these spark plugs they were awesome, now I am disappointed having wasted my money and time.
