Bought this battery in late September of 2013 for my Honda. Rode the bike up to December and then removed the battery and stored it inside on a functioning battery tender. 3 months later, I put it back on the bike and it was completely discharged after a few cranks. Checked everything, because the thought that this battery would be dead after only 3 months of practical use didn't cross my mind. Everything checked out. Output from the bike was normal and output from the battery charger was normal. Turned out the battery did indeed only last 6 months. The 90 day warranty was as useless as this junk battery.

Comments about AutoCraft Powersports Battery, 14L-A2, 190 CCA:

I took a chance on this battery based on cost. Setup was easy and as instructions were decent. Now it's down to longevity...will it last longer than one season?

Application Check Needed!

Comments about AutoCraft Powersports Battery, 14L-A2, 190 CCA:

This battery is NOT COMPATIBLE with a 1982 Kawasaki KZ-750 Spectre. The battery terminals are reversed. (-) is on the left and (+) on Right. This should be reversed because terminals will not reach as reversed.

i would not recommend this battery to anyone. Purchased 2 of them and one died in the first month and the replacement lasted only 4 months. the second one died would not hold a charge with nothing connected to it 10 days after the 3 month free replacement. JUNK dont waste your money. Connections were also wrong.

Comments about AutoCraft Powersports Battery, 14L-A2, 190 CCA:

Original equipped battery died in 3 years.
This one died in 2 years at previous purchase.
So I bought again. Then it died in 4 month.

I see last one had dirty electrode plate in cells. It seems new one had sulfation. Probably it was recycled bad way. Since I didn't have time I just used it and died after 4 month.

If you buy this product. You should examine the electrode in cell to make sure it is gray without white spots.

I may buy origianl equipped battery or lithium ion battery next.

Hello...can you please clarify whether or not this battery includes acid? There are (2) previous questions asking this but (2) different answers were given...one answer states that the battery comes filled and the other states that acid has to be added but doesn't say if that acid is included or not. Thanks
