I have bought wash products from Advance Auto before, but I have never come across a product so horrid as this. After 1 wash, the mitt was disintegrating - literally crumbling apart as I wiped down the car during a wash. Now I have hundreds of little chunks of "lambswool" on my driveway that I have to clean up and chunks between body panels on my car.

If I could, I would give this product a 0 star rating.

Comments about AutoCraft Lambs Wool Wash Mitt:

I would not recommend this product at all. Sure its an okay price for a Lambs wool wash mitt. But this will fall apart after 3-5 washes. This was the case for me and on the 4th wash I noticed the some wool was starting to fall out. Then on the 5th wash large chunks started to fall out and this could be just poor build quality or bad glue I'm not sure. But it was not pleasant washing you car when you find wool falling out. Especially when you are washing a black car.

Comments about AutoCraft Lambs Wool Wash Mitt:

My lambs wool kit fell apart after 2 uses. I noticed it halfway through washing my truck. As a result I had to stop washing the truck, and now my truck is half cleaned and I have to order a better quality product online. The product name should be include "disposable".

Wool started coming out on the third time I used it. Total waste of money and last time I ever buy anything from Advance again.

Comments about AutoCraft Lambs Wool Wash Mitt:

There are much better products on the market, that will do the same job and last a reasonable amount of time. Lambswool mitts are a natural product and will not last as long as synthetic mitts, but these are the worst I have ever used. They literally were in pieces after a few washes. They start opening at the seams on the second wash, and then pieces just fall off by about the third or fourth. I think you need to use this type of product to protect the finish of your car, but again, the way these last is inexcusable.

This wash mitt is no good. After the first wash the wool started to come off. After the third wash most of the wool was gone. I do not recommend this product. Hope the store will give my money back.

Comments about AutoCraft Lambs Wool Wash Mitt:

Purchased it in April 2011 and used it maybe 5 times and it completely fell apart, wool coming off in large chunks and I baby it using only car wash with it and a separate 3 bucket system, one for car wash and one for rinsing and a separate bucket for my rims and brushes and I always rinsed in clean water separately and hung out for drying and never in a dryer and still it fell apart...go figure.

My last wool mitt wore out after a few years use so I replaced it with this one. Literally after 2 weeks the wool started falling out in chunks and created a large hole at the top. I've never used something that fell apart so quickly.
