I bought these cables because I had a car to jump and had loaned out my old set weeks earlier. I really like the cable flexibility (at 25F), the strong clamp springs and the length so much I don't care if I ever get my old cables back! I also like that the wires are color coded, not just the clamps. I would give this set 5 stars if it came with a storage abag.

Nice Cables. Description wrong..NO CASE!

Description says it includes storage bag/case. Sorry but the cardbox it comes in is not a bag or case. False advertisement!

Great value. Worked as described and not the usual flimsy jumper cables that I had in the past. Jumped my Jeep Grand Wagoneer without any problems. Easy to store and keep in the jeep. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality product.

Bought these cables for my daughter for Christmas. She is away at school without me around. She knows how to jump her car and these cables will get the job done. Nice and long, heavy gauge wire, and good clamps. Can't ask for anything else. Makes dad feel more secure at least.

I'll play by asking the same question the 3rd time. Where are these cables made? How about a one sentence answer like 10% in the U.S.A. and the other 90% outsourced to the cheapest labor in the world.

                      A:

With reference to your inquiry on the Autocraft Jumper Cable, 16" (6 Gauge) - Part No. AC122/A7861641, the AutoCraft Jumper Cable brand name is owned by Advance Auto Parts (AAP), but AAP does not manufacture Jumper Cable. There is no large plant somewhere owned by AAP making them. The plants exist but are independent product manufacturers. But other more localized and smaller manufacturers also contribute to the demand created by AAP's 3200+ retail locations. Most of these smaller entities are under non-competition and/or dedicated clauses and/or contracts. All of these suppliers warranty their products to AAP, who then warranties them to their customers. The same corporate model is used by Sears, Walmart (& Sam's Club), Auto Zone, and many, many other retailers. Many of them even distribute their products under their own, or affiliate brand names. And many have various contracts across even competing brands in various regions for even more varying reasons. It's really two non-competing industries (manufacturing and selling) working together to co-exist and co-profit by fulfilling each others needs. For any further assistance please feel free to call us at: 1-877-238-2623 or visit the nearest Advance Auto Parts store and one of our Parts Pros will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
