Comments about AutoCraft Interior Door Handle Front/Rear Left Smooth Beige:

This handle unit is well made and looks identical to the original design on my 1995 Camry. The old one broke in half. Removing the bezel around the old handle was easier once I discovered it was attached to the handle unit itself. It is necessary to pry up between the bezel and the top hinge pin of the handle to release the top catch. Another catch is on the bottom below the hinge and you must pry up from underneath the bezel to release it. Then you must pull out on the rear edge of the bezel to release the sliding catch toward the front of the unit. It was necessary to remove the door panel to detach the handle but that is fairly easy once you identify all the screws and their various covers. The handle is easy to install but remember to snap the rotating plastic rod catches to hold them to the handle. The centers of the rod end attachments on the new handle must be perforated by forcing the rod ends thru them which is easy. The only problem I had was reattaching the original bezel. It appears that the original bezel attachemnt catches don't line up exactly with the new handle design. It was possible to jam it in place after some modification of the bezel but I would recommend purchasing a replacement bezel along with a new handle since it may have a better fit.
