Poor, incomplete instructions. Supplied clips will not fit or remain in plug housing. No fuse. Plug is basically worthless. Do not purchase.

The instructions were sketchy: all they said to do was to insert the wire ends. In reality, there is a pair of flimsy clips included that have to be crimped onto each of the wires, then inserted into the housing with a certain orientation to allow them to be caught, retaining the clips in the body of the replacement plug. An enthusiastic tug on the wire will easily remove the wire from the replacement plug body.
There are many other versions available from elsewhere that are much more substantial for a very comparable price. I bought this to make-do in an emergency replair, but have no doubt about its emminent failure. I would have been much better off postponing the repair, and obtaining a better replacement plug instead of this one.

I opened it and it was broken inside. I used super glue to attach the screw holder together. The wire holders do not work with the wires attached to the equipment. No detailed instructions to attach wires to stay in place.

This product will not work as advertised with stranded wire. I didn't try it but it will probably work with solid 14 or 12 gauge wire if the wires are stiff enough to engage the clips. The instructions were woefully inadequate. I got it to work with stranded wire by taking it apart and forcing the stranded wire into the clips with screwdrivers and needle nose pliers but this was not easy.

It was a good thing I bought two of them. Both were broken but not broken the same way. I made one of of two. It's a piece of junk.

Maybe optronics should put better instructions on their website. The unit is useless without instructions. I will return and find a better manufacturer. A total waste of time.

I had to open the plastic housing to see how the clips "clicked" in and epoxy the to parts back together. The worst instructions and poorest engineering I've seen!! /This is JUNK!!
