Comments about Astro Pnuematics Engine Transverse Bar with Support Arm:
We are using this equipment to support the engine, so we can removed the K-bar. the cv Joints, the steering linkage and wheels and unbolt athe transmission and remove it to replace the 4th gear which appears to be an easy fix.
The 4th gear in the 1999 Pontiace Grand Prix is not hardened, so the teeth shear off and you have to replace the shaft. Cheaper that a $2200 rebuild.
