Comments about Anchor Torque Strut Mount:

Surprising that this is so cheap for the whole mount, though it seems a bit of a waste as it would be just as effective to offer the rubber bushings and sleeves to replace in the original mount.
Quality is on the cheap side, but again, so is the price - though it was made of aluminum like the original factory mount.
Couldnt be easier to replace and Advanced had it in stock.

How Would you install this? in a 1990 Pontiac Trans Sport I have the book But it does not mention this strut mount at all. I have a 3.1 L Engine if that helps.

          A:

You should just be able to support the engine from below with blocks of wood. When supported you should be able to just change this out with no problem.
