Worthless Garbage

Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:

Used this replace worn out one on Olds Alero. Had to tack weld it to bracket because it was too small. The rubber is way too hard, made car shake badly at idle. Ended up getting an OEM one at dealership instead.

        • Q:

How do you get the old rubber insert out of the engine/transmission mount? Do you just slowly cut the rubber away from the metal? How hard is it to 'wiggle' the new part into the old mount tube?

You may need to press the old one out and then press the new one back in.
