    • Q:

For my '95 Sable 3.0L, will this part bolt onto the LS transmission mount bracket? The OEM part number FFDZ-6F063-A shows an insulator 'bracket', with a bellows type insulator (like this one) attached. Price for the bracket with bellows assembly is $150. With the bracket removed from the frame, can the torn bellows be replaced by this part?

        A:

Hi Fxrer! Yes, this tranmission mount bolts on to the bracket and will replace the worn bellow in your Sable. Ford calls this mount as an insulator and this is one of the toughest jobs to replace. Loosening the frame bolt at the front of the rail that the insulator sits on top of, where it attaches to the bumper will get enough clearance to remove the insulator.

Hi Dan! This part is not compatible with your Lincoln's front left mount. Unfortunately I do not see a compatible part available online. I would recommend that you check with the nearest Advance store and one of our Parts Pros will be happy to assist you with an alternate part availability.
