    Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:

First tried attaching the mount to the transmission then to the cross member, could not get the bolts from the mount to the cross member to line up when the cross member to frame bolts were in the proper position... they were off by about 1/2". So, I removed the mount from the transmission and mounted it to the cross member, I then loosely attached the cross member to the frame. In this position the bolts to attach the mount to the transmission lined up correctly. I tightened the bolts to the transmission up completely and then finalized tightening the cross member bolts. Job done! Got rid of the nasty vibration noise I was experiencing so I'm happy.

    Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:

This is a very good trans. mount. It is easy to install and very light weight. It holds the transmission to the crossmember and cuts down on vibrations that you can feel inside of the car or truck that you are driving. When holding the transmission solid to the crossmember it allows the engine to preform in a more efficient way therefore giving you better gas millage in allowing your car or truck to run down the highway. The mount moves in a minimal way to allow the engine and driveshaft to preform in the correct manner.

        Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:

Price was right, but came with a broken stud. It was not noticable until installation... started all the nuts, and turned easily by hand... went to torque them, and one stud just fell out. Honestly, I would have paid double just to get a decent part... And the sales person Teresa at the store I bought it at acted like I was bothering her when I came in to pick up my order... Guess internet orders are a hassle when you have better things to do... Better not lose your reciept... she told me that the sale would not be on record in any store. I do not believe I will ever buy anything from Advance again. So it is true, the Best Part is your service... NOT!!! Buyer beware!
