American Grease Stick Co. Sil-Glyde Silicone Brake Lubricant, Tube, 4 oz
Sil-Glyde Brake Lubricant is a silicone-based brake lubricant recommended for the entire brake assembly, is compatible with plastic and rubber (EPDM & Nitrile), and dampens vibrations between contact points. It is moisture-proof and heat resistant to over 425 degrees F (218 degrees C), which means it won't burn-off like other brake noise products. Its long-lasting properties provide a noise-free brake installation and easy disassembly. Using AGS brake lubricant is one of the keys to eliminating disc brake squeal and protecting parts from corrosion and rust.

Over the past few years I've been using the small packets of green caliper grease at the counter however I've found that this actually gums up after a while which defeats the purpose. Started using this grease and I haven't had a single problem. Great stuff! Highly recommend it!

I appreciate the tube with a cover to use over and over again. Good for many lubricant needs. I am tired of tearing open the little packets and discarding them or having them leak while waiting for the next project. Worth the few dollars.

Any time you do a brake job, you'll need some sort of lubricant for the caliper pins. You can buy a little one-time use packet for a couple dollars, or this tube that'll last forever for only a few bucks more.

This is the one brake lube to buy for all brake lube needs. Excellent for caliper pins, backs of pads and contact points on pads. Never have to buy those little packets again...and this is very reasonably priced. Also, can use it for a variety of lube purposes around home and vehicle. Be careful of advice to use anti-seize on brake caliper pins...this is the right product to use.

For your door I would not suggest this product as an ideal solution. You can use any dielectric silicone compound to apply on the ignition control module. Unfortunately I do not see this part available with us online.
