Put this and a Cold Air Intake w/tube on 2005 silverado 5.3. Thus far, (2 wks) have noticed no increase in mileage. Has a bit more power, but I do mostly highway driving and I have actually gotten less with these products in place. I am considering removing them but will give them a bit longer to prove me wrong.

Only problem during installation is adjustments needed when installing in conjunction with aftermarket cold air intake. Trimming necessary!

      I personally have never felt the differance in power in the few vehicles that I have installed throttle body spacers on and then drove.
