The AEM 21-5005C Performance Hybrid Cold Air Intake System produces horsepower and torque gains by replacing your vehicle’s existing restrictive air filter and air intake assembly. This air intake system was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Honda Civic models with a B18C1 engine swap. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air filter is installed in the passenger-side wheel well which is designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tubing is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable gunmetal gray powder coated finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine’s emissions control devices including a replacement engine breather hose. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). The air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Since the hybrid air intake is for a vehicle with an engine swap, this air intake cannot be sold in California. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

    Looking to put this on my Honda Accord Coupe V6. If I order this online where is the best place to get this installed? will an advanced auto parts store be able to have this installed? I of course am aware this would cost extra.

      Hi Sean, I'm glad to assist you. This AEM Induction AEM Cold Air Intake System (Part No. 21-5005C) does not work fine on your Honda Accord Coupe V6. To locate the exact Cold Air Intake, please provide us the year, make, model and engine size of your vehicle. Currently we do not offer Cold Air Intake installation in our stores. I would suggest that you take your vehicle and get it thoroughly checked by a certified mechanic before buying any parts that may/may not solve the problem.
