Put the "Gold" on my wifes Lexus ES, and some customers cars, they squeal like crazy and paint the wheels black with dust, on new broken in rotors. The "Ceramics" were not much better, get the Wagners or go for OEM, unless you enjoy being noticed at stop lights...Still nothin' but Love for Advance.

I have Wearever Golds on two different vehicles. The nice part of these specific pads are that they include a ceramic compound in the pad mix. I installed these on the front of a 2000 Chevy Blazer (2DW). The brakes supplied at the dealership always squeaked and the vehicle was embarrassing to drive. The dealer "fixed" the pads several times, but the squeak always came back.
I finally replaced both front discs with Wearevers, and added the Gold pads. They immediately felt more responsive than the factory pads. One year later these pads are still working smoothly and have never embarrassed us by squealing like a banshee.
Also, I was able to borrow a brake caliper reset tool from Advance. Thanks!

bought these pads for my own vechical. pads worked great lasted two years. but when it can time to replace, the "lifetime limited replacement" is a fraud. was told when i bought the pads that they would be replaced one time, for any reason, for as long as i owned the vechical.went today and was told no they dont have a warranty. even thought my original receipt says "lifetime limited replacement". so if you are thinking about a lifetime warrantied brake pad beware this is not it.
