Re-use the factory bolts to secure the new hold down clips.
Make sure to adjust the parking brake with the adjuster before you put the rotor on. The adujuster is part of the thing that looks like a wheel cylinder. Assuming you are using a new rotor or turned the drum portion of your old rotor, you can just adjust it until the rotor will not slip over it any more, then back it off a little and slide the rotor on.
Tools and process I used:
1. Raise truck and secure it
-jack and jack stand or a lift
2. Remove rear wheels
-flathead screw driver to remove center caps then a 22mm socket and a impact wrench to remove wheel
3.Remove caliper, set on the spring, do not let hang!
-2 13mm bolts
4. Remover caliper bracket
-two 18mm bolts - may need a breaker bar to get them loose
5. Remove factory rotor retaing clips. These are on the 2 of the 6 wheel studs. I used a flat screw driver to get behind it and bend it up, then I cut it with a dikes
- flat head screwdriver and a pair of Dikes
6. Remover rotor
-your hands or dead blow hammer
7. Clean whole assembly and Remove p. brake hold down clip.
- Brake Cleaner and a 8mm Short Socket
8. Remove old shoes, slide them over the hub by getting one of the open ends over the hub (slight force needed)and then 'roll' the rest off. Youtube has a video if you need.
Install in the reverse order.
Make sure to lubricate the caliper pins/slides with grease!

The box contained two shoes (one for each wheel) which fit acceptably. The retainer clip consists of two components: A piece of spring steel and a formed piece of 1/8" metal. The hole drilled in the formed piece was nearly 3/32" off from factory & would not fit. I had to reuse the old piece (but installed the new spring steel piece on it). Not a showstopper, but given how overpriced these were -- they should at least fit.

Comments about Wearever Silver Parking Brake Shoe:
I installed and after adjusting one shoe fell apart so I took back and upgraded to the premium shoe. Don't waste your time with this inferior product.

Comments about Wearever Silver Parking Brake Shoe:
nowhere is it listed on website that this is
re-manufactured. It looks like they took an old rusty parking brake, gave it quick clean and a coat of paint and new material. can still see thru the paint where it says "do not reline". original brakes had 2 holddown clips per side. this only had 2 clips.don't know if that is all it comes with or if missing. will be going back for the other set of clips, if not they will be returned. i don't know how well these will work, but, i'm not too worried since its the parking brake and not used too enough .
