Comments about Wearever Silver Brake Shoes - Rear:
Ordered the parts online and also called and talked to a salesman at the store to make sure they had them and they would have them ready for my wife when she came to pick them up. They gave her the wrong set of brake shoes, hardware kit and both wheel cylinders. He did get the front brake parts right but the back brakes were totally wrong except the hubs. After having my father do the front brakes we took the car to our family mechanic for the rears. I'm disabled and when my mechanic called to tell me that the parts were wrong... I was on the clock. I had to get a hold of a friend, which took three attempts to find one who was home in the middle of the day, pay him to drive to the mechanic and grab the wrong parts, run to the parts store, exchange the parts and run back to the mechanic. It wound up costing me an extra $75 ($20 to my friend for his time and gas and an extra $55 to the mechanic whose time I was wasting) which DOUBLED the cost of the brake job I was having done from $75 to $150. After ordering online, calling ahead and speaking to a sales rep to verify they A) had the parts in stock and B) would have my order waiting for my wife when she got there and still giving her several wrong parts... this is simply unacceptable. We even went over each individual part number and I waited on the phone as he went to check stock and physically bring the part to the counter so my wife wouldn't have to wait when she got there. That part led me to believe I was getting tremendous service when in actuality I was getting someone who either cannot read or was too lazy to bother reading the part number on the box. I can see messing up and pulling the wrong part on one item but on four separate items? C'mon! I won't be shopping here again any time soon.

Comments about Wearever Silver Brake Shoes - Rear:
I needed brakes in a hurry and these fit the bill. Not a bad product for the price. At first I had sort of a rubbing/grinding feel on the pedal. Started to smooth out after about 2 weeks. This is with installing new drums at the same time as I needed them as well.
