Comments about BWD/Intermotor Ignition Coil:
My '04 VW GTI kills one of these coils once every 4 - 5 months. The Jetta that I previously owned also did the same thing. I have accepted the fact that this is just a normal problem with MK4 VW's. These coils work just fine. I'm sure that they are cheaper than OEM but I really don't know. I will continue to buy them...so... I guess that means I recommend them.

Comments about BWD/Intermotor Ignition Coil:
Purchased for a 2001 VW Jetta w/ 1.8 Turbo engine. Fit perfectly and fixed the car immediately. Too new to comment yet on durabilty. They were priced very well in comparison to other stores.

Comments about BWD/Intermotor Ignition Coil:
THIS IS OK FOR A TEMPORARY FIX, BUT AUDI REDESIGNED THEM THATS WHY THERE IS A RECALL ON MOST AUDI THAT USE THIS COIL PACK,THE ONE FROM ADVANCE DOES WORK BUT WILL NOT LAST LONG ONLY A FEW MONTHS IF YOUR THAT LUCKY IF YOU DRIVE HARD AND IN SPORT MODE MOST OF THE TIME LIKE ME YOU MIGHT GET A MONTH OUT OF IT. DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO TO GET BY. BUT OEM IS A BETER SOLUTION

Comments about BWD/Intermotor Ignition Coil:
Not sure how to rate this product. It would either work or not. Only time will tell how long the coils work. Mine have been in a couple of weeks and no problems.

I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.
