    My question is do I need to purchase springs or other hardware to facilitate installing these drums. Also, do I need to purchase any kind of lube like you would with disc brakes?

      This drum is Machined and balanced for immediate "out of the box" installation (after cleaning). For further assistance, please provide the year, make, model and engine size of the vehicle.
