I put a set of these on my Sierra ten months ago (along with new rotors, #YH145582) to replace worn out front parts. I was immediately pleased with their quiet and competent performance. However their real value was shown this last weekend, when I was returning home from an out-of-town Christmas gathering with myself, my sister, and my girlfriend in the truck, when an inattentive driver stopped, then foolishly lurched into the intersection in front of us at the worst possible time. A slammed-down-foot, sixty-to-zero panic stop later we were less than ten feet from the rightly-so scared-senseless other driver. Thank you GMC, Cooper Tires, and WEAREVER BRAKE PARTS!!

I have been waiting almost 2 months to receive my complete order and still we do not have the issue resolved. our order only included 4 parts. 2 were sent out in a timely manner. the 3rd part took 3 weeks of reordering and 4 phone calls before they said they would not be able to ship the part out due to it being out of stock and then they said they couldn't ship to our address? ummmmmm hello you just sent 2 parts already to the same address!! the 4th part as of 12 hours ago had still not been shipped out because they aparently don't have it in stock either....note to management don't list products as in stock when you do not have them! so we have since canceled that part and we are awaiting a refund. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE SERIOUSLY LACKING!

They were out of stock on the next higher priced pads that I wanted. I should have waited or went to another store. The quality was not good and they did not come with new dust shields or grease for installation. I returned them as soon as I opened the box. Next time I'll have a look before I buy them.

I had problems with my old pads hanging and causing a jerk at very low speeds, I had replaced the pins that hold the calipers, did not help. replacing the pads and new rotors solved the problem, plus i have the satisfaction and peace of mind knowing that i have excellent braking power without the hanging and jerking action. I should have done this much sooner than i did. I just returned from vacation and traveled over 1200 miles with no problems, smooth braking and the assurance that my family was much safer.
