Comments about Monroe Sensa-Trac Light Truck Shock Absorber:
I couldn't find a review that said if anyone specifically liked or disliked this shock for a Chryler minivan. After putting them on, I haven't noticed them being too soft, too cushy, or anything like that. They are very comparable to the original stock shocks.

Comments about Monroe Sensa-Trac Light Truck Shock Absorber:
On my vehicle the struts were easy to install. I'm very happy with the ride but in all fairness, the struts I removed were worn out. Time will tell how good these struts really are.

The shock's ride is smooth as glass could not believe it at first. It is also neat how they sense weight the heavier the load the more stable they are. Best shock I've ever purchased.....

I just had Monroe Sensatrac shocks installed on my 1997 Chrysler Town and Country LXI.My question is because of the ride I am getting.Every bump I hit (small or large)the rear of the van bottoms out. What causes this?Is it improper installation, defective parts,?2 answers

A:
Does your vehicle also have coil springs on the rear. If so, worn coil springs can be the cause of it.A:
Did the same thing on a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan. This shock cannot handle any weight in the rear. Just loading the back with mild luggage and two persons in the back seat made the shocks bottom out. It is not suitable for these vehicles. I am a big fan of the Sensa-trac so I am going to the model with the springs. They are rated for a 1200 pound load.
