Comments about Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber:
I put these Sensa-Trac Load Adjusters on the sagging rear of my 97 Yukon. They raised it back up about 1.5" and stiffened the ride just the way I like.

Comments about Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber:
I have a 97 Yukon with 220k miles. Put on the standard Monroe Senca-trac. They were good until I needed to pull a trailer or camper. So I bought these and they met my expectations. Very helpful to see the comment about fastening one top bolt first, move the shock to the side (will do so with the rubber bushing), fasten the second bolt on top. Finish by compressing the lower end ( I used a jack ) then line up the lower holes and tighten the bolt and nut. It did work like a charm.

Comments about Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber:
These gave our 1999 Suburban K1500 4x4 the lift that it desparately needed at 249,000 miles. We followed the tips left by others regarding the installation of the top bolts and they went on easily. No more bouncing, just a smooth ride. We use ours like a truck so these should give us the extra support for our heavy loads! Great price for a pair of Monroes!

Comments about Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber:
my rear suspension on my yukon seemed to be sagging a little. i bought these since they are cheaper than putting add a leafs on and new shocks. they raised the rear of my vechicle up to where it should be. they are a little difficult to install (i put a bottle jack between the frame and axle to get them on). now my yukon looks great handles great and rides great!

Comments about Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber:
Installed them on my 98 Tahoe, still had OE shocks with 175,000 miles. These shocks are GREAT, what a change in handling and ride. We pull a 30'camper and with the added load these shocks are outstanding, no performance loss with the added coil spring on shocks. Trick to install the top of shock, use 1 bolt and tighten up and push the shock to the side to install 2nd bolt. Very tight area with the coil on top the shock.

These shocks were a great price and they smoothed out the ride of my 15 Passenger van. The suspension is as tight as when it was new.
