This gasket does not fit my 1996 Mustang GT valve covers it's WAY off. I have romeo heads. It may fit the windsor heads but they don't give you the option. And to my knowledge the windsor's don't have that many bolt holes either. ADVANCED... PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IN YOUR SYSTEM.

The part number, VS50481R, will fit the 1998 Mustang GT. The only engine VIN for that year GT is "X" which is a Windsor engine.Answered on 12/2/2010 by Matt from AAPA:
i had a set of these gaskets also and its for a windsor motor not a romeo the windsors have 12 TO 14 BOLT HOLES AND THE ROMEOS HAVE 11Answered on 3/14/2011 by PRO MUSTANG MAN from SALISBURY NC
