The Inlet Diameter and Outlet Diameter are 0.25 inches and the length is 4 inches. It includes the Valve, Four screws, Two O-Rings and Handle. Assuming its on a Powerstroke, Yes the fuel water seperator failing will cause it to leak out the drain line. If its not leaking on top of your engine make sure that the seperator valve is closed. The position is with the yellow handle turned towards the passenger side, open its pushed stright back.
