I drive 120mi a day, these brakes work wonderfully! The Ford origional brakes would cost hundreds more installed at the dealer! The rotors and wearever gold brake pads perform comperably with the factory ceramics, and at a much lower cost. I highly recommend the wearever brakes for OEM quality.

Although this comes up as an exact fit, it is for 4 x 4. My 01 super cab uses 11 inch rotors with hub and lug bolts. It takes some work to find the exact rotor and some stores list them under 03 Ranger. They kindly refunded my money.
